Orders placed before 6 PM EST (Mon–Fri) or 1 PM EST (Sat) are processed and shipped the same day, with tracking available via your account dashboard and email confirmation.
We only ship to commercial addresses and accept customers with a retail or business location; P.O. Boxes and residential addresses are not eligible.
You can track your shipment using the tracking number listed on your order page, and a confirmation email is sent once your order ships.
If your order hasn’t arrived on time, check the tracking number listed on your order page, or contact us and our team will assist in monitoring the shipment.
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier and file a claim.
If your package arrives with missing items, report it to us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
