As such, we are pleased to offer a lifetime warranty on all of our replacement parts. In the unlikely event that you encounter a defect in material or workmanship, we are committed to making things right. You can rest assured that we will promptly replace any such defective items at no cost to you.
Our warranty coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. It is important to note that our warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
PRE-OWNED DEVICES
At SirenWireless, we take pride in the quality of the products we offer, including our pre-owned devices. We stand behind the performance and reliability of these devices and offer a 60-day warranty for your peace of mind.
Our 60-day warranty covers any issues that may arise due to defective materials or workmanship. In the event that your pre-owned device exhibits such a defect within 60 days of your purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
It is important to note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect. Additionally, any modifications or repairs made to the device by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
When returning a pre-owned device, we kindly request that you erase all content and settings to protect the privacy of the customer and ensure the smooth processing of your return. This will also help to ensure that any personal information that is stored on the device is protected.

TOOLS
We are pleased to offer a 30-day warranty on all of our tools. In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue with the quality or performance of your tool, we are committed to making things right. You can rest assured that we will promptly replace any defective tools within 30 days of purchase.
It is important to note that our warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
ACCESSORIES
To give you added peace of mind when purchasing our accessories, we offer warranty coverage for both used and unused accessories. Our used accessories come with a 14-day warranty, while our unused accessories come with a 30-day warranty.
We encourage our customers to thoroughly inspect their accessories upon receipt and report any defects or issues within the warranty period.
BATTERIES
To ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our products, we offer a 180-day warranty on all of our batteries. If you encounter any issues with the performance or quality of the battery within 180 days of purchase, we will promptly replace it at no cost to you.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
At SirenWireless, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that occasionally, issues may arise with your order, and we are committed to addressing them promptly and effectively.
Upon receipt of your order, we encourage you to inspect your items carefully to ensure they meet your expectations. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving a defective or damaged item, or receiving the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
Our dedicated customer service team is available to assist you in resolving any issues you may encounter. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right, whether that involves replacing the item, issuing a refund, or providing other solutions as necessary.
It is important to note that we are unable to replace any item that has been physically damaged, as this is typically outside of our control. This includes damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or accidents. We encourage our customers to handle their items with care to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
BREAKAGE COVERAGE
If you happen to have an OLED or LCD display that is physically damaged, there are certain types of items that can still be returned for a full credit or refund. These items include designated OLED Hard Assemblies (as indicated in the product name), all OLED Soft Assemblies, and all iQ7 displays. It's important to note, however, that the glass on these items cannot be damaged. If the glass is damaged, it may not be eligible for a return.
However, if you have an iQ7 tablet digitizer and the glass is broken, we do offer a glass breakage warranty. This means that even if the glass on your iQ7 tablet digitizer is damaged, you may still be able to receive a full credit or refund.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLES
Not all products are eligible for a refund or exchange. It's important to be aware of any restrictions or limitations before making a purchase, particularly with items like adhesives, screen protectors, and soldering supplies.
In many cases, adhesives are considered a final sale item, meaning that once they have been opened and used, they cannot be returned. Similarly, screen protectors and soldering supplies may be subject to similar restrictions if they have been opened or used.
CROSS SHIPPING
Unfortunately, SirenWireless does not cross ship any product. However, you may purchase a new item and receive full credit or refund after the defective part is received, inspected and accepted.
EXCHANGES
To expedite the process and obtain the desired item, the quickest method is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item using the credit applied to your account. Alternatively, if you prefer a replacement, please indicate your request on the return form. Please note that it typically takes 3 business days for the exchange to be mailed out after the day of receiving the returned item.
CREDITS
We will promptly notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you of the acceptance status. Within 3 business days of receiving the returned item, a credit will be applied to your account. Please note that we offer credit or refunds based on the lower of either the current selling price or the purchase price. Additionally, please be aware that any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
We will promptly notify you within approximately 3 business days upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the approval or denial of your refund request. If your return is approved, you will be refunded through one of the following payment methods: PayPal®, Check, or Zelle®. In the event of a refund request for orders paid via credit card or PayPal, a processing fee of 3 percent will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is charged to cover the transaction costs incurred by our payment processor. Additionally, please note that any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
RESTOCKING FEES
SirenWireless does not charge a restocking fee to existing customers. However, in the event that you are not a current customer and have not made a purchase from our company within the last 30 days, or are returning parts due to the closure of a store or change of ownership, a restocking fee of 25% shall be applied to your refund. Furthermore, any parts that were purchased more than 1 year prior to the return shall not be eligible for return. It is important to note that SirenWireless shall not accept returns for products that are no longer being sold by our company.
To start a return, please visit your account dashboard. Please note that SirenWireless covers up to 2 free labels per month. Otherwise, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If items are sent back to us without paperwork, processing will be delayed. Our RMA department will attempt to identify and contact the sender. If we fail to identify the sender, parts will be recycled after 45 days.
